This notice explains what personal data tariffcompare.com processes, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have. It is written for the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
It describes what this site actually does. Where we do not process something, we say so plainly rather than reserving the right to do it later.
Who is responsible
The data controller is MC Grup Toptan Gıda Teknoloji Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Address: Tabaklar Mahallesi Börekçiler Sokak No:1C/14, Merkez / Bolu, Türkiye. You can reach us at iletisim@enucuzinternet.com.tr.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. The scale and nature of the processing described below does not meet the conditions in Article 37 GDPR that would require one.
What we collect
This site has no sign-up, no contact form and no user accounts. You cannot give us your name, phone number or email address through it, because there is nowhere to enter them. We do not build profiles, we do not run a mailing list and we do not sell data to anyone.
Two things are processed, and only two:

Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — operating and securing the website. Retention: log files are kept for at most 30 days and are then overwritten.
Links to a provider's own site pass through this site so that the click can be counted. That record contains no identifiers: the time and which plan was clicked, nothing else. It is a counter, not a trail.
2. Advertising cookies
Advertising is not currently enabled on this site and no advertising cookie is set. If that changes, this notice and the cookie policy will be updated before any advert is served.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not use analytics that identify you individually.
- We do not send marketing email — there is no mailing list.
- We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
- We do not ask for, store or pass on your name, phone number or email address.

Transfers outside the EEA
Our own infrastructure and the person operating this site are located in Türkiye, which is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Server logs are therefore accessed from outside the EEA. We keep those logs to the minimum described above and delete them within 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy (Article 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16);
- have data erased (Article 17);
- have processing restricted (Article 18);
- receive your data in a portable format (Article 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out (Article 7(3)).

In practice there is a limit to what we can do here, and it is fairer to say so: because we hold no account and no contact details, we usually cannot tell which log entries are yours. If you can identify a request — for example by IP address and approximate time — we will look. Otherwise Article 11(2) GDPR applies: we cannot identify you, so the access, rectification and erasure rights cannot be exercised against data we cannot link to you.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to a supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work. In Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963.
Changes to this notice
If what we process changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. We do not change it retroactively.
