How is the real cost of a broadband deal worked out?
The promotional price, the full price once the promotion ends, the setup fee and the router fee are added up and divided by the length of the contract. For example, an 18-month deal at €32 a month for the first 6 months and €64 a month for the next 12 has a real cost of €53.33 a month. Plans with no contract are worked out over 12 months.
What is the cheapest 100 Mbps broadband deal?
As of 16 September 2026, the lowest real cost at 100 Mbps and above is the "Ultrafast Plus — 500 Mbps" plan from Sky Ireland: €30.00 a month real cost (advertised price €30.00).
How often are the prices updated?
Plans are collected from each provider's own deals pages every day at 04:30. Any price that has changed is checked by hand before it goes live, so a broken scrape never puts a wrong price on the site.
